Our sizing is based solely on foot length, not the length of the insole. usually ,Foot Length + 0.5~1 cm =Insole length ; There is an error of approximately 0.3 – 0.5 centimeters in manual measurement. If the shoes are slightly loose, you can place an insole inside the shoes.
